A classically trained actor, Miles effortlessly jumps from classical theatre to musical theatre to television and film. He recently starred with some of Broadway's brightest in The Broadway Musicals of 1930 at Town Hall. Recent critically acclaimed theatre performances include Arthur in Camelot, Banco in the New York premiere of Ionesco's Macbett, Higgins in My Fair Lady, Jameson in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Bassanio in both The Merchant Of Venice and the world premiere of its award winning new sequel The Doctor Of Rome, Cliff in Cabaret, Captain von Trapp in The Sound Of Music, Garry in Noises Off and Gepetto in the new musical Pinocchio of Chelsea. Phillips has been honored with several acting awards, including the Hollywood Drama-Logue Award for his portrayal of Mordred in Camelot and, most recently, a special award of distinction from the New York Fresh Fruit Festival, along with the rest of his cast of 6, for playing close to 60 roles in the new play Pride River Crossing.
